This document is published and in force. It has not yet been reviewed by an attorney. It was prepared for 34RESETS LLC and published pending formal legal review. It is not legal advice. If anything here reads wrong to you, tell us at hi@34resets.com and we will look at it.
Effective date: 2026-08-02 Last updated: 2026-08-02
34Resets is the brand name of 34RESETS LLC, a Florida limited liability company. In this policy, "34Resets", "we", "us", and "our" mean 34RESETS LLC. "You" means anyone who visits 34resets.com, contacts us, buys from us, or otherwise uses our services.
This policy explains what we collect, why, who else touches it, how long we hold it, and what you can do about it.
A Note On Scope
This policy covers 34resets.com and the services we operate directly.
It does not cover services that other companies run. When you listen to our music on a streaming store, buy a book from a retailer, watch a video on a video platform, or follow us on a social network, that company collects information about you under its own privacy policy. We do not control those policies and we do not receive your individual account data from them. We may see aggregate statistics those platforms choose to show us, such as total plays or follower counts.
What Is Actually Running Today
We want the disclosures below to be read against what we actually operate. As of the last updated date above:
- The public website, the contact form, the link hub pages, and cookie preference controls are live.
- Member accounts are live. You can create one with your email address, using either a one time code or a sign in link, or by signing in with Google. Signed in members can play the catalog on the site, download the material their account is entitled to, mark favorites, leave ratings, edit a member profile, record or withdraw marketing consent, and ask us to delete the account.
- No analytics package of any kind is installed on this site. We do not run one, and the analytics category in the cookie banner is reserved so that if we ever add one, it cannot run before you have allowed it.
- Merchandise checkout is not open. Product listings are placeholders and no payment processor is connected to the site.
- We do not currently offer on site appointment booking.
- We do not currently send SMS messages, there is no SMS opt in form on the site, and no messaging campaign is registered with the United States carriers.
- The podcast has not published episodes.
Sections below that describe those activities are written so that the rules are published in advance. Where an activity is not live yet, we say so plainly in that section. When it goes live, we will update this policy and change the "last updated" date.
Information We Collect
Website Browsing And Device Information
When you visit 34resets.com, our hosting provider automatically records standard technical information needed to serve the page and keep the site secure. This includes your IP address, the pages requested, the date and time, the referring page, and your browser and device type as reported in your request headers.
We use this to deliver the site, diagnose errors, and detect abuse. We do not use it to build an advertising profile about you.
Cookies And Similar Technologies
We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries. Some are strictly necessary to make the site work, such as remembering your cookie choice and your light or dark theme preference. Others are optional and only run if you allow them.
We show a consent banner on your first visit with three clear options: accept all, reject all, and choose by category. Rejecting is as easy as accepting. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can change it at any time through the "Cookie Preferences" link in the site footer.
We do not currently load any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. The consent categories exist so that if we ever add one, it cannot run before you have allowed its category. Full detail is in the Cookie Policy at /legal/cookie-policy.
Contact Forms And Inquiries
Our contact form collects your name, your email address, a topic you select, and the message you write. Topics currently offered include coaching, consulting and advisory, podcast guest, press, and general.
We use this only to read and answer your message and to keep a record of the conversation. If you email us directly instead, we receive whatever you put in that email.
Consulting And Coaching Inquiries
If you contact us about consulting or coaching, we collect what you choose to tell us about your situation, your business, and your goals. We use it to evaluate whether we can help, to prepare for a conversation, and to deliver the engagement if you become a client.
If a paid engagement begins, the engagement itself will be governed by a separate written agreement between you and 34RESETS LLC. That agreement, not this policy, controls how confidential material you share during the engagement is handled.
Appointment Booking
We do not currently operate an appointment booking system on 34resets.com. Scheduling is arranged by email. If we add a booking tool in the future, this section will be updated to name the provider and describe what it collects.
Member Accounts And Sign In
Member accounts are live. Accounts are created and secured through Supabase Auth, which is the authentication service running behind 34resets.com.
There are three ways to sign in, and all three end at the same account:
- A one time code sent to your email address. We send the code to the address you give us and you type it back.
- A sign in link sent to your email address. Same thing, delivered as a link instead of a code.
- Sign in with Google. Google tells us the email address on the Google account you chose, and confirms to us that you signed in successfully. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not get access to your Gmail, your Google Drive, your contacts, or anything else in your Google account.
For an account we hold your email address, whether that address has been confirmed, which sign in methods are attached to it, the date the account was created, and an internal account identifier. If you fill in the optional member profile we also hold the display name, short biography, and profile image you chose to enter. None of those profile fields are required and you can clear them.
Your browser never holds a raw authentication token that a script on the page could read. The session is carried in cookies your browser can send but page scripts cannot read.
We keep a security and administration record of significant account events, such as sign ins, entitlement changes, and deletion requests, so that we can investigate a problem with an account and answer you if you ask what happened to it.
Music Listening And Podcast Listening
Music released by 34Resets is distributed to streaming stores through our distributor. Playback happens on those stores. Those stores collect listening data about their own users under their own policies. We receive reporting from our distributor about plays and revenue, and that reporting is aggregated. It does not identify individual listeners to us.
The same applies to the podcast once episodes are published. Listening happens on the podcast platform, and the platform collects data under its own policy.
Playback on 34resets.com itself is separate from that, and is described immediately below.
On Site Playback, Favorites, And Ratings
Signed in members can play the catalog on 34resets.com. When you play a track through the site we record that your account played that track and when, so that we can show you your own listening history, work out what to surface back to you, and understand in aggregate which material people are actually listening to. This is a record tied to your account. It is not sold, and it is not handed to an advertising network.
Marking a favorite records which release or track your account marked, and when. Leaving a rating records the score your account gave and when. Both are tied to your account so that we can show them back to you.
Ratings are currently used in aggregate and to show you your own. If we ever publish anything you write, such as a written review shown next to your display name, we will say so at the point where you write it. Treat anything you deliberately publish as public.
Downloads
Members can download the material their account is entitled to. Downloadable files are held in private storage, not on a public address, and each download is delivered through a short lived link created for that request. We record which account was granted access to which item, so that we can honor that access, investigate a delivery failure, and detect a link being abused.
We do not claim that this arrangement makes a downloaded file impossible to copy or share once you have it. It is not, and no system of this kind is. What the rules are once you have the file is set out in the Music License at /legal/music-license and the Digital Download Policy at /legal/digital-download-policy.
Merchandise Orders
The merchandise shop is not open for checkout. No payment processor is connected and no order has been taken through the site.
Our intended arrangement is print on demand fulfillment with payment handled by a payment processor. Neither is connected today, so no order data of any kind exists. The specific producer and processor are confirmed at the point checkout opens, and this policy will name them here before the first order is taken.
When checkout opens, an order will require your name, shipping address, email address, and the items ordered. Payment card details would be entered directly with the payment processor. We would not receive or store your full card number. A print on demand producer would receive your name, shipping address, and the item to be produced, because it cannot ship to you otherwise.
Payment Processing
We do not currently process payments on 34resets.com.
When we do, payment card details will be collected by the payment processor directly. We would receive confirmation that a payment succeeded or failed, and limited details such as the last four digits of a card and the billing postal code, for reconciliation and dispute handling. We would not have access to your full card number.
Purchases you make from third parties, such as a book from an online retailer or a subscription with a streaming store, are processed entirely by that company. We never see those payment details.
Fraud Prevention And Security Logs
Our hosting provider maintains server and security logs, including IP addresses and request patterns, to protect the site from attack and abuse. When checkout opens, our payment processor will run its own fraud screening on transactions.
We use this information only to protect the site, our customers, and our business.
Email Marketing Consent
We are not sending marketing email today. No campaign has been sent and no newsletter signup form is published on the public site.
A signed in member can record marketing consent from their account, and we keep that answer as evidence rather than as a simple flag. Each answer, granted or withdrawn, is stored as its own record carrying the date, where it came from, the exact wording you were shown, and the version of that wording. Withdrawing consent does not erase the earlier record that you once granted it, because that record is the evidence that we had permission at the time.
Marketing email will only ever go to a member who has granted that consent, and every marketing message will carry an unsubscribe link. Answering a message you sent us through the contact form is not marketing and does not require your consent, but it also does not put you on any marketing list.
When we start sending, this section will name the sending provider before the first campaign goes out.
Support Communications
When you contact us for help with an order, a download, a booking, or anything else, we keep the correspondence and any details you provide about the problem so we can resolve it and so we have a record if the same issue comes back.
SMS And Text Messaging
We do not currently send SMS messages. There is no SMS opt in checkbox anywhere on 34resets.com today. The terms below are published in advance so that the rules are on record before any messaging program starts. Full terms are at /legal/sms-terms.
If you provide your mobile number and give consent, we may send you transactional or informational text messages related to 34Resets. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase and is never required.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Mobile information and SMS consent records will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
Where a messaging service provider is used to deliver a message to your carrier, that provider processes your number strictly to deliver the message on our behalf, under contract, and never for its own marketing. That is delivery, not sharing for marketing.
No messaging provider is connected to 34resets.com and no messaging campaign is registered with the United States carriers, which is a step a business has to complete before it can send text messages reliably. Until both of those are in place and this policy names the sending number, we are not sending you anything by text. If you receive a text claiming to be from 34Resets today, it did not come from us.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Deliver and maintain the website and its pages.
- Answer your messages and provide support.
- Evaluate and deliver consulting or coaching engagements.
- Process and fulfill orders once checkout opens, including production, shipping, refunds, and returns.
- Keep records required for tax, accounting, and business purposes.
- Detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
- Improve our content and our services.
- Send messages you have asked for, and only those.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross context behavioral advertising. We do not use your information to build advertising profiles.
Who Receives Your Information
We are a small business and we use outside services to operate. Those services are processors acting on our instructions under contract. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.
Currently in use:
- Vercel, our website hosting and content delivery provider. It processes the technical request information described above in order to serve pages and keep the site available and secure.
- Resend, our transactional email provider. When you submit the contact form, it transmits your name, email address, topic, and message to our inbox.
- Google Workspace, our business email. Messages you send us are received and stored in our business mailbox.
- Supabase, our database, authentication, and file storage provider. It holds member accounts and sign in credentials, member profiles, favorites, ratings, on site listening history, marketing consent records, account event records, and the audio and download files themselves in private storage. It also stores the content of our public link hub pages, which is our own published content. The contact form does not write to it.
- Google, where you choose to sign in with Google. Google authenticates you and tells us the email address on the account you chose. This applies only if you use that sign in method.
- Cloudflare, our domain name and DNS provider. It resolves our domain name and handles requests at the network level.
We do not run an analytics package. There is no analytics vendor in this list because none is installed.
Planned but not connected, and named here only so the disclosure is complete if and when they go live: Printify for print on demand production and Stripe for payment processing. No data has been shared with either, because neither is connected.
We also disclose information when the law requires it, when we must to establish or defend a legal claim, or to protect the rights and safety of people, including us. If our business is ever transferred, information could transfer with it, and we would tell you before that happened.
Third Party Advertising
We do not run third party advertising on 34resets.com. We do not embed advertising networks, retargeting pixels, or data broker tags. We do not sell or rent your information to advertisers or affiliates.
This is a different statement from the processor disclosure above. Processors receive data because they cannot deliver the service otherwise. Advertisers would receive data to target you. We use the first and not the second.
Retention
We keep information only as long as we have a reason to.
- Contact form messages and email correspondence: kept for 24 months from the last message in the conversation, so we have context if you come back, then deleted.
- Member accounts, member profiles, favorites, and ratings: kept for as long as the account exists. If you ask us to delete the account, see below.
- On site listening history: kept for 24 months, then deleted.
- Marketing consent records: kept for 5 years from the date of the answer, whether it granted or withdrew consent. Consent evidence is the record that shows we had permission, so it deliberately outlives the permission itself.
- Account security and administration events: kept for 24 months.
- Order and payment records, once checkout opens: kept for 7 years, which is the period we work to for tax, accounting, and consumer protection purposes.
- Security and server logs: kept for a short operational period, generally under 90 days, by our hosting provider under its own retention schedule.
- Published content you have chosen to make public: kept until removed.
When you ask us to delete your account we remove the account, the profile, the favorites, the ratings, and the listening history. We keep the consent records and the minimum record that the account existed and was deleted, for the periods above, because deleting the evidence that you once gave or withdrew permission would leave us unable to answer a later question about it. We also keep anything we are separately required to keep, such as records tied to a completed order.
These are the periods we work to. Where a longer period is required by law, or a shorter one is required by a valid request you have made, that requirement wins.
Your Choices
- Emails. If we ever send marketing email, every message carries an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing stops marketing but does not stop replies to a message you sent us or messages about an order you placed.
- Texts. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
- Cookies. Open "Cookie Preferences" in the site footer and change your choices at any time. You can also clear cookies in your browser.
- Access, correction, deletion. Email hi@34resets.com and tell us what you want. See the next section.
Account Deletion And Privacy Requests
If you hold a member account, you can request deletion from inside your account, or by emailing hi@34resets.com. What is removed and what we keep is set out in the Retention section above.
If you have only ever contacted us and want your correspondence and any details you sent removed, email hi@34resets.com and ask.
To make a privacy request, email hi@34resets.com with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you want: a copy of what we hold, a correction, deletion, or something else.
We will acknowledge your request, verify that you are the person the information is about or an authorized agent, and respond within the time the applicable law allows. We may need to keep some records after a deletion request where the law requires it, for example transaction records needed for tax purposes, and we will tell you if that applies.
We will not deny you service, charge you a different price, or give you a lower quality of service because you exercised a privacy right.
State Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information under your state's privacy law. Those rights commonly include the right to know what is collected, to get a copy, to correct it, to delete it, to opt out of sale or of sharing for targeted advertising, to opt out of certain profiling, and to appeal if we refuse a request.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for targeted advertising, so there is nothing for you to opt out of on those two points. The other rights are exercised by emailing hi@34resets.com as described above.
If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision and asking for a review. We aim to answer a request within 45 days, and an appeal within a further 45 days. If your appeal is denied you may be able to complain to your state attorney general.
We extend these rights to everyone who asks, rather than working out first whether a particular state law happens to cover us. It is simpler, and it means you do not have to know which law applies to you in order to use it.
Children's Privacy
34resets.com is intended for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, email hi@34resets.com and we will delete it.
Some of our published content, including music and books, may be enjoyed by younger audiences on third party platforms. Those platforms have their own rules for children's accounts. We do not receive individual listener data from them.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect information: encrypted connections to the site, access controls on our administrative tools, secrets held outside the codebase, and a small number of vetted service providers.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by law.
International Processing
We operate from the United States and our service providers process information in the United States and potentially in other countries where they run infrastructure.
Our services are directed to people in the United States. We do not market to, or target advertising at, people in the United Kingdom or the European Union, and we do not run an analytics or tracking package that monitors visitors anywhere.
If you use the site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those where you live. By using the site you understand that this transfer takes place.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy. When we do, we change the "last updated" date at the top. If a change is material we will make it visible on the site. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the current version.
